FirstTimeLogIn
Afterreceivinganemailnotificationtojointhesystem,usethe
linkprovidedintheemailtocreateanewaccount.Ifyouhave
forgottenwhichemailyouusedtoregistercontacttheForm
400 (Invoices) and SF‐1 Administrator at
RequestNewPassword
Ifyouhaveforgottenyourpassword,visittheLoginpageand
clickonthe“Requestnewpassword”link.Youcanrequestto
haveitresetbyenteringtheemailaddressyouregisteredwith
andclickthe"E‐mail new password” button. The system will
automatically send you an email with a
link that you can
temporarilyusetologintothesystem.Onceloggedin,youwill
have the opportunity to modify your user information and
changeyourcurrentsystempassword.Ifyoudonotseeareply

When you first access your account, the system will require
you to provide information about yourself and your agency.
Thisinformationwillonlybeusedtosupportyouruseofthe
system.Youwillnotbeabletouseanyofthesystemfunctions
untilthisinformationisprovided.
UpdatingAccountInformation
Youcanviewyourcurrentaccountinformationbyclickingon
the “My account” link. This account page will show your
member history and alert you to any recent activity on your
account. If you see any unusual activity, report this to
the Form 400 (Invoices) and SF‐1 Administrator at
Using the “Edit” tab, you can change your email, current
password,andprofileinformation.
Tomodifyyourpassword,enteryouroldpassword,thenenter
the new password, and confirm the new password.The
passwordmustbeeightcharactersinlengthandmustcontain
at least one lowercase, one uppercase, and
one number or
special character. Following password requirements the
systemwilladviseofpasswordstrength.
Tomodifyyouremailaddress,enterthenewemailaddressin
the box provided. The system will send an email to the
address currently on file.You must open this confirmatory
email and follow the link
before your new email address is
activated.
ViewDocuments
Toviewyourdocuments,clickonthe“Form400/SF‐1”linkat
the top and select “View Documents”. Thedocument search
screenwillappear.You arerequiredtoselectaBillingAddresss
Code(BAC)andDocumentTypetoview.
Form400documentsareavailableinthesystemstartingfrom
August2012.
SF‐1documentsareavailableinthe system for
ordersawardedfromMarch2015.
Theadditionalfieldsareoptionalbutassistinnarrowingdown
thesearch.Thesefieldssupportwildcardmatchingusingthe
asterisk,“*”,character.Thischaractercanbeusedanywhere
within a search field. Searching “123*5”, for example,
will
match“12345”or“1234465”.Additionaldetailsonthesearch
fieldsareavailableviatheSearchTipslinkontheleft.
Clickingthe“Search”buttonwillthenexecutethesearchand
display all matching documents. The system will only return
thefirst250documentsthatmatchthegivencriteria.Youwill
need to refine your search criteria to reduce the number of
matchesreturned.

ViewAccessRights
All access rights in the Financial Document Repository are
basedonBACs.First,clickonthe“Form400/SF‐1”linkatthe
top and select “View Documents”. Click on the “Access” tab
abovethesearchfields.
ThisAccesspagehasthefollowingtabs:
List:Providesalistofallusers
assignedtoaparticular
BAC, their access rights, and allows the Agency
Administratortheabilitytorevokerightsfromauser.
BatchAddRights:ProvidestheabilityfortheAgency
Administrator to grantView Only access to multiple
BACsformultipleemailaddresses.
Invite User: Provides the ability
for the Agency
AdminsitratortograntViewOnlyaccesstoaspecific
BACbyenteringtheuser’semailaddress.
Invitations:Providesalistofemailaddressesofusers
thatwereinvitedtoaccessaBACbutdidnotregister
onthesite.
DelegationLog:Providesthehistoryofinvitations
for
aBAC.
Foreachofthesetabs,youmustfirstselectaBACforwhich
youhaveadministratoraccess.
