"How to Find a Doctor" on Aetna.com without logging in
1. Visit Aetna.com
2. Click the dropdown next to Explore Aetna Sites, select “Individuals & Families”
3. Click “Find a Doctor”
4. Under the Guests section click on “Plan from an employer”
5. Under Continue as Guest, enter your location, select your distance, and click “search”
6. Then follow one of these options based on your plan:
➢ For Houston/Memorial Hermann employees:
• Under Aetna Whole Health Plans, select (TX) Aetna Whole Health - Memorial Hermann Accountable Care Network -
Managed Choice
➢ For ESG and OK employees:
• Under Aetna Open Access Plans, select Aetna Choice POS II (Open Access)
➢ For all other employees:
• Under Aetna Premier Care Network, 2024 plan providers, select Aetna Premier Care Network (APCN) - Choice POS II
7. Once you have selected your plan, click “Continue” to begin your provider search.
