The(Zenner(House(was(built(in(1927(by(Henry(Zenner,(who(was(considered(to(be(one(of(

the(wealthiest(men(in(Athens,(Ohio.(It(was(designed(by(Pittsburgh(architect(Brandon(

Smith,(who(specialized(in(the(design(of(museums(and(libraries(around(the(world.(This(

magnificent(home(and(garden(was(recently(purchased(by(Jeff(Chaddock,(who(renovated(

it(while(keeping(with(the(original(architecture(and(sentiment(of(Henry(Zenner.(The(

home(is(filled(with(gorgeous(antiques(and(stunning(works(of(art.(A(guide(will(take(us(

through(the(home(and(gardens.(Mr.(Chaddock(is(an(avid(gardener(and(art(collector,(and(

has(filled(his(gardens(with(sculpture,(blossoms,(and(greenery(that(are(breathtaking.(And(
