• Use this form for CSU-GE or IGETC Certification when you request your final transcript be sent to the school to

which you are transferring.

• Final grades for CSU-GE or IGETC courses must be posted on the official academic record before certification

can be completed.

• If you are a high school student or if you have earned a Bachelor’s Degree or higher, you do not need this certification.

Completion (or partial completion*) of all requirements on the CSU GE or IGETC for CSU or UC pattern will meet the

lower-division general education for the California State University or University of California system. Select the GE pattern

you have completed below, and SRJC will send proof of GE completion with your official transcript to the university.

Do you have transcripts from other schools, including high schools, other colleges,

Advanced Placement (AP), International Baccalaurate (IB) and/or DD-214 (Military Discharge)

on file with SRJC that should be included in this certification?

If yes, please list all schools, AP, IB & DD-214

If you are using High School coursework to certify Area 6A: Language Other Than English on the IGETC for UC, you must

have your High School transcripts on file with SRJC Admissions & Records.
