If guest count is over 100, a Lovely Loo
portable bathroom must be rented
for $850

How many guests does the barn hold? We can accommodate up to 250 seated, or 400 cocktail style.
How long do I get the rental for? You can arrive as early as 9:00am, with the event ending by 11:00pm and vendors out by midnight. You
have a total of 6 hours from guest arrival to the end of the event.
Can I drop stuff off early and pick up the
next day?
Yes, only if arranged beforehand with the Event Manager and we are able to accommodate.
How are payments broken down? You will pay the rental fee in 3 installments. 1/3 when you sign the contract, 1/3 midway, and the last
payment is due 30 days before your event. (Tax and security deposit is included in the final installment)
When do I get my security deposit back? You will receive a check in the mail within 15 days of your event.
What forms of payment do you accept? We accept cash, check, or money order.
Do you have parking on the property? Yes, we have ample lit parking on site. A shuttle may be requested for guests who need assistance to and
from the lot.
Can guests leave their vehicles overnight? Yes, but we ask for them to be picked up by 10:00 am the next day.
Will someone from the Tringali Barn be
on site the day of my event?
Yes, an Event Manager and assistant(s) will be present. They will set up according to your floor plan, set
up ceremony chairs, take out trash and be responsible for handling of any venue-related issues. They will
not assist with any vendor or personal décor set up.
Am I required to use preferred vendors? No. Although we can provide you with a preferred vendor list, you are welcome to use any vendor if they
are licensed, insured, and approved by the Event Manager.
Do my vendors need to be insured? Yes. All vendors must maintain a minimum $1,000,000 general liability policy with our venue listed as
additional insured. We will need to have a copy of their current insurance certificate on file.
Do you require a planner? Only for weddings. They must be licensed and insured.
Do I need event insurance? Yes, a 1-day minimum $1,000,000 policy is required. You will need to provide us with a copy of the
policy no later than 2 weeks before your event.
Can I provide my own alcohol? Yes, but it will have to be served by a bartending company that is fully licensed and insured with the
proper insurance requirements.
Are shots allowed? Yes, based on the Event Manager’s sole discretion.
Are there any restrictions on decorations? Yes. You cannot attach to any surface using nails, tape, glue, staples etc. Candles are allowed if they are in
an enclosed container. Absolutely no glitter or confetti of any kind.
Do you allow dogs on the property? Absolutely! Fur babies are always allowed anywhere on property. We are just not responsible to watch
after them and ask that you please pick up their mess.
Do you have electricity on the back patio/
cocktail hour area?
Yes, and extension cord can be provided if needed
Do you have surround sound? Yes. It is set up in the barn, out back on the patio, and in the bridal suite
Do you have a projector and screen? We do not but have ample space to set one up.
Do you provide the wood for the fire pit? No, but you can bring as much as you want. We provide everything else and tend to the fire all evening.
Are garbage cans provided? Yes, we provide several garbage cans throughout the property and provide the bags. Our staff will take
care of the trash all evening.
Is smoking prohibited? Smoking is allowed in designated area. This is located on the side patio by the picnic tables
Do you require a off-duty cop on property? No, but we will call the cops if needed.
