Renewal Information for Permits Expiring July 1, 2024

Each Cigarette or Tobacco Wholesale Dealer Permit is valid annually through June 30. The Division will accept

renewals online and by phone through Monday, July 1, 2024. A renewal by mail will be considered timely if

postmarked on or before July 1, 2024.

Any permit not renewed on or before Monday, July 1, 2024, (or postmarked by this date for renewals by mail)

will be assessed a delinquent renewal penalty in addition to the renewal fee pursuant to sections 210.1605 and

210.51, Florida Statutes. Florida law requires payment of a penalty of $20 for each month or portion of a month

of delinquency for renewals requested after expiration of the permit. A permit not renewed within 60 days after

Florida law does not authorize a Cigarette or Tobacco Wholesale Dealer Permit to be transferred to another

owner or to another location when submitting the renewal. Therefore, a permittee may not use the address

block and checking the box next to “Mailing Address.” For other changes to permit records, available online at
