We begin with an overnight flight across the pond
to Scotland.

This morning we enjoy a city tour featuring the
highlights of Scotland’s largest and most colorful
city. Later we get to know our fellow traveling

Day 3: Inveraray Castle & Loch Lomond
Today we leave the bustle of Glasgow for the scenic
splendor of Inveraray. We tour Inveraray Castle this
morning. This seat of the Campbell Clan is a sprawling
fortress that overlooks Loch Fyne and nestled among
majestic gardens. After lunch at The George Hotel, we
cruise the country’s most scenic waterway, Loch Lomond.
Panoramic views of the Southern Highlands lay out before
us as we glide along this impressive loch.

Day 4: Edinburgh & The Royal Yacht Britannia
Experience Edinburgh on a guided tour featuring the
history of Georgian New Town, medieval Old Town, and
The Royal Yacht Britannia, the vacation home of Her
Majesty The Queen and the Royal Family for more than
40 years. The Britannia has sailed over 1,000,000 miles
around the world! Later we discover iconic Edinburgh
Castle. Towering above the city atop a hillside, we tour
this historic fortress, one of the most important military

Day 5: Ferry to Belfast
We bid goodbye to Scotland today and board an
impressive Superferry for a pleasant trip to Northern
Ireland. The Cairnryan Superferry offers scenic views of
the north sea as we cross the Irish Sea to Belfast. Upon
arrival, we check in to our centrally-located hotel and
have the remainder of the day at leisure to explore the

Day 6: Titanic Belfast
Northern Ireland’s largest city comes alive on a
panoramic Belfast guided tour. Belfast is a city rich
with history, culture, and lively Irish craic. We see the
Titanic Quarter, City Hall, St. Anne’s Cathedral, Queens
University and the Prince Albert Memorial Clock. In
the afternoon we explore Titanic Belfast, a museum
commemorating the birthplace of the world’s most
famous ship. Built to resemble the doomed vessel,
the museum extends over nine interactive galleries
and is frequently rated as one of the top museums in

Day 7: Giants Causeway
We receive our first glimpse of Northern Ireland’s
majestic coast this morning and discover the beauty
of Giant’s Causeway. This UNESCO World Heritage
Site and unique geological wonder offers unmatched
landscapes and surreal views. This afternoon, we arrive
in the walled-city of Derry and tour its iconic Guild Hall,
discovering history on a walking tour of its city walls.

north of Ireland and rated the country’s “tidiest town

Day 8: Glenveagh National Park & Donegal
We continue to Glenveagh National Park to see

A native Missourian, Chad has been with KY3
since 2007; arriving during the historic ice
storm. Chad was the weekend news anchor
for his first five years at KY3. In 2012, he was
picked to replace Missouri Sports Hall of Famer,
Ned Reynolds, as KY3’s sports anchor. Then
in 2021, Chad moved back behind the news
desk as an anchor for Ozarks Today.
Through the years, Chad has won six Emmys
and has been nominated for 14. Some recent
awards are for his Ozarks Life series. Every
Friday Chad enjoys sharing tales of people
making a difference or that have unique
stories to tell.
Chad and his wife, Cati, have been married
since 2004. They have two children, Coy and
Chyler.

Day 9: Belleek Pottery & Kells
Belleek Pottery is our first destination today. We begin
in the visitor’s center and then enjoy a guided tour of
the world-renowned pottery. Lunch will be in Enniskillen
before visiting Kells, one of the most important Monastic
sites in Ireland and home to the High Celtic Cross which
dates from the 9th century. Experience Irish Night at
Taylor’s Three Rock dinner show, complete with delicious
food, great music, and award-winning Irish dancing. Our
accommodations are in the Dublin area.

This historic fortress is one of the most important military strongholds in the country’s history and was once a
royal residence, military garrison, and prison. The castle is home to Mons Meg, one of the greatest medieval
cannons ever made. The Half Moon Battery, built in the aftermath of the Lang Siege of 1573, was armed with
bronze guns known as the Seven Sisters. The ancient Honours of Scotland, including the crown, scepter, and
Sword of State are on view in the Crown Room.

Checked Luggage You are allowed one piece of checked luggage per person that will be
handled for you at hotels while you are on tour. Your checked luggage may not weigh more
than 50 pounds with the total dimensions (length + width + height) equaling 62 inches. Please
attach your own identification in addition to the Holiday Vacations luggage tag provided to you.
Carry-on Bags In addition to your checked luggage, you
may bring one carry-on bag and one personal item, such
as a camera bag or purse, per person. These items are
your responsibility to handle. For your convenience, the
carry-on bag is intended to be used for items you need
on a daily basis. We recommend using a small day bag,
such as a soft-sided backpack, which would fit into the
overhead bins of the motorcoach. (Certain tours differ
from these limits. Please see the tour-specific informa-
tion section.)
Additional pieces of luggage will be handled for you
at hotels at an extra charge as specified in your tour
information.

Guaranteed Prices Holiday Vacations’ published tour prices
are based on the rates known at the time of publication and
are expected to be in effect at the time of departure. Once we
have received your deposit, your price is guaranteed and any
subsequent price increase is at our expense.
Reservations Make reservations well in advance. Space
requested by phone will be held for five business days pending
receipt of the required deposit by mail, telephone, or in person.
Reservations made after the indicated final payment due date
must be paid in full at the time of reservation.
$200 Deposit Per Person A deposit must accompany all
reservation requests. Personal check, money order, Discover,
MasterCard, or VISA are acceptable forms of payment.
Final Payment A balance due date and amount will be indicated
on your tour statement. We accept credit cards but appreciate
final payments to be made by check or money order.
Refunds Deposits and all payments are fully-refundable prior
to the final payment due date. Holiday Vacations issues refunds
via the payment method they were provided. (e.g. payments
provided by check will be refunded with a check; payments
provided by credit card will be refunded to that credit card.)
Children On Tour Children traveling on tour must be at least
eight years old and accompanied by an adult.
Special Requests Individual requests must be made when
booking. Requests for (non) smoking, special dietary needs,
adjoining, handicap accessible, or other room types are
subject to confirmation and cannot be guaranteed.
Hazardous Materials
Federal law forbids the carriage of
hazardous materials aboard aircraft, in your luggage, or on
your person. A violation can result in five years imprisonment
and penalties of $250,000 or more (49 U.S.C. 5124).
Hazardous materials include explosives, compressed gases,
flammable liquids and solids, oxidizers, poisons, corrosives,
and radioactive materials. Examples: Paints, lighter fluid,
fireworks, tear gases, oxygen bottles, and radio-pharmaceuticals.
There are special exceptions for small quantities (up to 70
ounces total) of medicinal and toiletry articles carried in your
luggage and certain smoking materials carried on your person.

Persons Needing Special Assistance Holiday Vacations does
not provide personal attendant services. Any disability requiring
additional services should be reported to us at the time you
make your reservation. We will make reasonable attempts to
accommodate special needs, but we are not responsible for any
denial of services by carriers, hotels, restaurants, and other
independent suppliers. Travelers requiring assistance must
be accompanied by a companion who is capable of and totally
responsible for providing the necessary assistance.
Reservation Changes Requests for changes in flight schedules,
early or extended hotel stays, or for other eligible components
of the tour should be made prior to the final payment date.
A non-refundable processing fee of $50 per person will apply
for any change requested prior to the final payment date and
$100 per person for any change requested on or after the
final payment date. These fees are in addition to any costs
or penalties from suppliers.
Gratuities
Holiday Vacations takes great pride in the customer
service that our Tour Directors provide. If you feel that your
Tour Director has met your expectations, please tip accordingly.
Gratuities are determined on an individual basis and given
directly to the Tour Director at the end of the tour. You can find

Insurance
Holiday Vacations recognizes the value and importance
of travel insurance for our guests. We offer an optional Travel
Protection Plan, which helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation,
Trip Interruption, Emergency Medical and Emergency Evacuation/
Repatriation, Trip Delay, Baggage Delay, and more. Expect an
insurance brochure in the mail with your first statement, or you
may request one in advance. If you would like to purchase the
insurance, please contact Holiday Vacations. Processing fees for
a voluntary change in airport departure or for other requested
changes are not covered by this type of insurance. Please Note:
Insurance must be purchased on or before your final payment due
date. Pre-existing condition waiver applies if policy purchased
within 15 days of booking. For reservations made after August

Solo Travelers
Holiday Vacations welcomes solo travelers. We
will try to assist in arranging a roommate for any person wishing to
share accommodations at the double occupancy tour rate. Should
a shared arrangement not be available, the single price applies.
Triple & Quad These accommodations are usually in rooms with
two double beds. A rollaway bed or cot is subject to availability on
a request basis.
Real ID Effective for all domestic flights with a start or finish after
May 7, 2025, all passengers 18 years of age and older must carry
a REAL ID compliant driver’s license or another federally approved
ID such as a Passport, active Military ID, or Global Entry card.
International Passport Requirements Your passport must be
valid for 6 months from the end date of your tour. It is Holiday
Vacations’ policy that all tours traveling outside of the United
States require a valid U.S. passport in the form of a passport
book. Passport cards are not advised for any Holiday Vacations
tour traveling outside of the United States.
Travel to Canada Even with a required passport, Canada
considers people with certain criminal records as inadmissible.
Canada classifies DWIs, DUIs, and OWIs as felonies and may
consider a person inadmissible if they have one of these in the
past 10-15 years on their record. Other offenses such as multiple
DUIs, theft, or assault can bar one’s admissibility for life. More
information can be found at www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca or through
your lawyer. Holiday Vacations does not accept any responsibility
and travel insurance will not cover losses or expenses due to
inadmissibility or an individual’s legal status.
Tour Documents
You should receive your final tour documents at
least ten days before your tour’s departure. This material includes
start/finish locations and times, a tour itinerary, hotel list, and
name/luggage tags.
Train Routes & Schedules Please note that train schedules and/
or routes are subject to change by railroad passenger services.
No liability shall be incurred by Holiday Vacations for subsequent
changes to train schedules and/or routes.
Cruise Line Charges Additional fees applied by the cruise lines
are not included in your tour price. These fees include but are not
limited to: daily service charge for cabin & wait staff, gratuities
on included amenities, specialty restaurant cover charges, and
optional shore excursions.
Photography & Video on Tour Holiday Vacations reserves the
right to take photographs and/or videos on any of its tours and to
use such records for promotional and/or commercial purposes.
Insecticide Use On Aircraft Some countries require aircraft
to be treated with insecticide in order to protect agricultural,
environmental and public health. For current information on the
use of insecticides on aircraft and the participating countries,
please visit the USDOT’s website at https://www.transportation.
gov/airconsumer/spray.

for such other parties, firms, or corporations providing services
herein. No liability shall be incurred by Holiday Vacations, their
agents, presenters, or co-sponsors because of injury, loss, delay,
or other complication experienced by tour participants.
Holiday Vacations reserves the right to correct printing errors, to
make any changes or alterations in the printed itineraries, dates,
routings, hotels, or included features prior to or during the tour,
necessary for the smooth and efficient operation of the tour.
The hotels used may change without notice. Holiday Vacations
reserves the right to accept, decline or retain any person as a
participant of these tours.
Activity Level To help evaluate if a tour is right for you, Holiday
Vacations has designed a rating system that identifies a tour’s
average activity level. Activity levels have five ranks ranging from
“Relaxing” to “Very Active. On a tour rated “Relaxing,” expect to
climb some stairs, navigate slight slopes, stand for reasonable
periods of time, and walk over relatively level conditions. On a tour
rated “Very Active,” expect a high activity level with challenging
conditions, lots of walking, uneven surfaces, and possibly high
altitudes. Holiday Vacations guests must be able to navigate airports
with their own luggage. Airport personnel can provide wheelchair
assistance upon request. Guests must also be able to handle
their own carry-on bags on airplanes, on and off motorcoaches,
and to and from hotel rooms. Checked luggage will typically be
delivered to and from guests’ hotel rooms on their behalf. If a
guest requires mobility assistance, they must be accompanied
by an able companion who is totally responsible for providing the
guest’s necessary assistance. Holiday Vacations does not provide
personal attendant services. All activity level ratings are relative
to each guest’s individual levels of fitness and mobility. Holiday
Vacations is unable to determine your travel health and fitness level.
Please consult your doctor when evaluating your ability to travel.
Airport Departure Cities Departure cities are subject to change
due to limited or discontinued airline service. The availability of
airline seats may be limited from each departure city. Holiday
Vacations reserves the right to provide ground transportation
to or from a larger or alternate airport.
Departure From Cities Not Listed You may request a departure
from a city not listed. Holiday Vacations’ air department will
determine the feasibility of your request and advise you of any
additional cost, if applicable.
Airline Seating Seat assignments are controlled by the airline.
We no longer solicit requests, and seating cannot be guaranteed
by Holiday Vacations.
Award Miles Please be advised that some commercial airlines
offer reduced award miles to travelers booked on a group reserva-
tion. Holiday Vacations is happy to submit your frequent flyer
number to the airlines, but makes no guarantee that full mileage
will be awarded.
Airfare, Taxes & Fuel Surcharges Included Tour prices are
guaranteed and include airfare, federal taxes, airport security
charges, airline segment fees, airport passenger facility charges
and fuel surcharges, if applicable. International airfare also
includes applicable airport fees and taxes assessed by individual
countries. Airline luggage fees are an additional charge and are
payable directly to the airlines at check-in.
Land Only Price You may request a land only price. If the tour
is purchased as land only, it will be your responsibility to meet
the group at the arrival airport at the time designated by Holiday
Vacations. If you prefer, you can join the tour at the first night’s
hotel. Taxi or other airport transfer costs are not included for
independent arrival or departure.
TSA's Secure Flight Program The requirement to collect your
date of birth, gender and full name as it appears on the govern-
ment issued photo identification you will use on your tour is
federally mandated by the Transportation Security Administration.

recovery of the advance payments received by Holiday
