Educational Background
After attending Meramec Community College and East Central College, Mr. Polete has completed several appraisal
courses offered by the National Association of Independent Appraisers, Society of Real Estate Appraisers, Employer
Relocation Council and International Right of Way Association.
Polete became was a designated I.F.A. member of the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers (NAIFA), in
1985 and obtained the Senior (I.F.A.S.) designation in 1990. Past NAIFA President of Tri County Chapter NAIFA. Missouri
State Director for NAIFA. In 1997 Polete was elected as a National Director of the NAIFA. Served as the secretary of
Missouri Appraisers Advisory Council.
Licensed Real Estate Broker since 1979. Presently is a
Member of Mineral Area Board of Realtors. Member of Missouri and National Association of Realtors. G.R.I. Designate
by Missouri Association of Realtors 1980. Past President of Franklin County Board of Realtors, past District 12 Vice
President of Missouri Association of Realtors, Executive Committee of M.A.R. 1993 Honor Society for M.A.R. 2001
Director Mineral Area Board of Realtors, President NAIFA Delta Chapter.
In 2002 the Governor of Missouri appointed Polete to serve as a member Missouri Real Estate Appraisers Commission.
Polete continues to serve as the acting chairperson of the MO Real Estate Appraiser Commission for the state of MO.
Professional Courses
Mr. Polete is a Certified National Educational Instructor for NAIFA, and has presented numerous appraisal classes
throughout the United States to include the Virgin Islands.
Polete was honored by the N.A.I.F.A in 1997 as the Instructor of the year.
In 2003 Polete tested and was certified as a National Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice Instructor by
the Appraisal Qualifications Board of The Appraisal Foundation.
Presently is a national certified Instructor for McKissock Real Estate/ Real Estate Appraisal Schools, a national education
provider.
Polete has presented Qualification Education course and Continuing Education courses to over 15,000 students.

Mr. Polete has been engaged in the real estate appraisal profession since 1981 and in the real estate profession since
1979. His experience has been primarily in appraisal of residential properties, agricultural (farm) properties, commercial
properties and other income producing properties. Appraisals prepared by Mr. Polete have been used for such purposes
as sale or purchase, ad valorem tax, allocation of purchase price, property records, estimating market value for estate
purposes and causes pending in court.
