Internship Program

Mission

A college intern program that will introduce a younger generation to the Birmingham/Alabama

mortgage industry by matching employers with interning college students as future prospects

for employment. This program includes practical training for the intern, promotes sound and

ethical business practices and allows the intern to earn a Certificate of Completion from the

National MBA lead Mortgage Banking Bound Course.

Purpose

• Introduce students pursuing a finance degree into mortgage banking

• Educate students on the current and future initiatives of the mortgage banking industry

• Provide insight on the many different career paths within the industry

• Provide leadership to students in the development of strong ethical business practices
