On 05/27/2021 at 1:49 AM, Officers responded to Mobil Gas Station located at 282 South Main Street on a report of a two males who
attacked another male and the two males fled in a vehicle. Upon arrival, the accused stated he did not know the two males who attacked him
and he did not want to press charges. During the course of the investigation, it was discovered the accused was operating under the
influence of alcohol and or drugs. The accused was arrested and later released on a $500.00 Non-Surety Bond to appear in Waterbury
Superior Court on 07/22/2021 at 9:00 AM.
