Resolution
All updates must be re-applied to affect the new components and the replaced shared files.
Use the following steps to resolve this issue:
1. Verify your current patch level:
In Enterprise Fax Manager (EFM) open a connection to the RightFax Server.
Click Fax Servers.
The product version and patch level information is in the Version column. You may need to widen the
column to see the entire value.
2. If you added or removed features after applying RightFax 10.6 Feature Pack (FP) 1 or FP1 Service Releases,
reapply updates as follows:

In Regedit.exe, browse to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\RightFax.
Set Hotfix value to 0 and ServicePack value to 0.
Reinstall Feature Pack 1.
3. If FP1 Service Releases and/or beta patches have been applied previously, these must also be reapplied.
Cause
This is caused by an issue with the installer; when the product is modified, the installer copies files from the base-
level image and thus creates file version mismatches for the new components and shared files.
