How to claim your
cash prizes
Cash prizes up to $599 may be claimed at any
participating Texas Lottery retailer. Cash prizes of $600
and over must be claimed at any one of the Texas Lottery
Claim Centers around the state or by mail.

The overall odds of winning any “INSTANT WIN PRIZE” in the TEXAS
SERIES - Major League Baseball™ are are 1 in 3.83, including break-even
prizes. The overall odds of winning an MLB® Merchandise Prize Pack in
a Second Chance Drawing are dependant upon the number of entries
received during each drawing.
Scratch Off game may continue to be sold even when all the top prizes
have been claimed. The number of prizes in game is based approximately
on the number of tickets ordered. The number of actual prizes available
in a game may vary based on number of tickets manufactured, testing,
distribution, sales and number of prizes claimed.

NASCAR® BONUS DRAWING INSTRUCTIONS
Four (4) separate BONUS drawings will be conducted: May 27,
2007; June 22, 2007; August 3, 2007 and September 28, 2007.
Entries must be received seven days prior to the drawing to be
eligible for that drawing. Entries received after the entry dead-
line date for drawings 1 through 3 will be eligible for the next
scheduled drawing. Entries received after the entry deadline
date for drawing 4 will be deemed ineligible for
the drawing. NASCAR® tickets may continue to be sold after
the last second chance drawing.
For each BONUS drawing there will be one (1) winner of a
Player’s Choice NASCAR® Racing Trip (four winners total)
and 300 winners of NASCAR® licensed merchandise prize
packs (1,204 winners total).
To enter a BONUS drawing, you must submit two (2) non-
winning $5 Texas Lottery NASCAR® instant game tickets,
either by mail or online.

A single entry consists of two (2) non-winning $5 Texas Lot-
tery NASCAR® instant game tickets. Participants may enter
as many times as they wish. For mailed entries, only one entry
(two non-winning tickets) per envelope, one name per entry
is allowed.
Ineachofthescheduleddrawings,therstvalidentrydrawn
will win the Player’s Choice NASCAR® Racing Trip, and the
2nd through the 301st next valid entries drawn will win the
NASCAR® licensed merchandise prize packs. Limit one prize
per person per drawing. Alternate entries will be drawn, and if
necessary, will be substituted for
disqualiedentriesinaccordancewiththeofcialgamerules.
All entries in a drawing, whether submitted through the mail
or online, have an equal chance of winning a prize. The odds
of winning a BONUS prize depend on the number of entries
received for each drawing.
Participants need not be present to win. The Texas Lottery will
attempttonotifyRacingTripwinnersbytelephoneorcertied
mail and make arrangements for prizes to be claimed.
AWARD OF PRIZES
RacingTripwinnerswillbecontactedwithinve(5)business
days following the
drawing. Winners will have their choice to travel to any NA-
SCAR®ofcialraceduringthe2007or2008season.Racing
Trip prizes include round-trip coach airfare for two, 4 days/3
nights,onerst-class,doubleoccupancyhotelroom,allground
transfers to and from the airport and racetrack, reserved seating
for two race days, a VIP
package, two (2) NASCAR® licensed merchandise prize packs
and $500 in spending money.
Racing Trip winners must sign a waiver of liability as a condi-
tion of receiving their
travel prize. Racing Trip prize includes cost of state and Federal
withholding tax. Any additional state, Federal, and/or local taxes
or other personal expenses are the
responsibility of the winner.
The NASCAR® licensed merchandise prize packs will consist
of branded
merchandise related to the NASCAR® driver selected by the
winner. Each package will include Leather Travel Bag and one
(1) each of the following branded
merchandise: Uniform Jacket (size M-XXL), Limited Edition
Photo Plaque,
T-Shirt (size M-XXL) and Racing Cap. Merchandise prize packs
will be shipped to the winner’s home address, as designated on
their entry materials, within approximately four to six weeks
following the BONUS drawing in which they were selected. If
all attempts to locate the winner fail, another recipient will be
selected in their place.
Cash will not be awarded in lieu of a travel or
merchandise prize except as follows: If the winner of
atravelprizeisidentiedbytheTexasLotteryasowingan
outstanding debt to a state agency, this outstanding debt shall
be deducted from the cash value of the prize and the balance, if
any, paid the winner, less applicable taxes. If the winner is iden-
tiedasowingadebttoastateagencythatisgreaterthanthe
cash value of a travel prize, the entire cash value amount, less
applicable taxes, shall be applied towards that debt. NASCAR®
is not a sponsor of this promotion.
